A&mbarber Supply Return Policy

At A&mbarber Supply, we value your business and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully review our return policy below:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any products purchased from our site at this time. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 45% restock fee.

However, we understand that issues can arise, and we handle each case individually. We may offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product arrives with physical container damage, bottle defects, or defects in the label or product appearance.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong items.

To Qualify for a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Notify us within 2-7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  3. For incorrect items, we will provide a free return label via email. Once the unused, incorrect items are returned to us, we will either send the correct items or issue a refund. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

  1. Damaged items: These may be covered under shipping insurance. Please contact us at @anmbarbersupply@gmail.com for assistance.

  2. Defective items: These are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. A claim must be filed with the manufacturer for replacement or repair. More details can be found on our Warranty Page.

  3. A&mbarber Supply-branded products: If your item is a A&mbarber Supply-branded product and still under warranty, you can contact us directly via email, and we will assist you with the return or replacement process.
